Me and Crystal have been seeing alot of movies in theatres this year, as it’s not something we usually do this is definitely one of those summer of hits. It started with Narnia which felt more like a filler movie to me, I was kinda disappointed. Three years in the making and it feels like a movie between a movie. Indiana Jones is probably gonna be one of my favorites from this year, I loved every minute of it.
We just got back tonight from seeing Kung Fu Panda, you laugh but it’s the best Dreamworks movie to come out since the original Shrek. Hil-ariously cute movie, a lot better than I was expecting it to be. Not to be confused with any Pixar movie, but from the Dreamworks archives it’s one of the best.
Next up will most likely be Hulk, Hellboy II, followed by Wall-E and Batman. We skipped out on Iron Man even though we’ve heard it’s good, I’m still not sure I wanna see it yet.
Oh and as I’m sure you’ll hear tomorrow, I loved pulling into the Wal-mart parking lot tonight only to find out it’s closed because someone threatened to blow it up with a bomb. In Ruston….WOW. This will be the greatest thing to happen in Ruston since the discovery of sliced bread.
On a complete random note before I forget, how did I know that parking fire trucks and and police vehicles 500ft from the scene is standard procedure? CSI: Miami. That’s right. Everything I know in life I learned from Heratio Cane. ;)
