Today I had an awesome family session with the Erickson family! One of the things we had discussed before we went into the session was traditional family portraits, she immediately said no traditional portraits, that gave me a wide area to work in and I was so excited to get a chance to maybe try a mix of traditional and my own usual style of things.
Not only did I get a chance to do some things I wouldn’t normally do with a family session but I found that without much direction, candid shots can look so beautiful and natural, especially when you have a family as charismatic as the Ericksons.
